Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, personable easy to work with, The whole staff goes the extra mile to follow up and make the deal happen. Everyone from the receptionist when you come in to the entire sales and finance staff is very helpful.

Very friendly, not pushy, quick and easy. I got to the dealership to buy the car at around 10 am, left the dealership with the car at 1 pm. Great service and nice people.

I live in the Boston area and had to take a bus down to New Heaven so I could pick up my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in the winter Chill color. When I got off the bus Bill was right there waiting for me and brought me back to the dealership. We spend a few hours going over every detail of my new Jeep and off I went. EXCELLENT service.

After spending the better half of the morning at the dealership, we not only drove away in our new van, but also purchased a new Jeep Patriot. During our time there, everyone was extremely friendly. Our biggest concern was price and we were very upfront about what we could afford. We also wanted specific features in both cars and were very pleased that Duncan and Bill worked with us to ensure we would not have to sacrifice our wishes in order to meet our budget.
