Second time in a year i used Henry. My problem is driving thru southern VA. Only place I get stopped. I think there is something to be said for that. Thank God for Henry. Both were Reckless Driving citations. Don't need that. Henry got them reduced

Henry Myers is a great attorney! He got my reckless driving charge reduced down to improper driving. I did not have to attend court which was 6 hours away from my home. He is extremely reliable and was very professional! I am extremely pleased with my result.

Henry Myers got my case dismissed with no traffic court costs. His rate was reasonable and I did not have to go to court, which was 6 hours from my home. He was a bit slow to respond to some of my questions, but he always came through with good answers. He could not attend my first court date and got it extended at no cost to me (other than having to wait for resolution). My case was dismissed and he sent me the required information. I highly recommend him, as I am not an easy man to please.

Mr. Myers is an EXCELLENT attorney. He is very professional, personable, and very affordable. Attorney Myers handled a ticket for me in VA. He was able to get my charge reduced to a non moving violation. I was out of work due to medical reasons. Attorney Myers was able to get the courts to allow me time to pay my court cost. Henry Myers is an exceptional attorney. I am a homebuilder and I was very busy building several homes in mid 2013. Rushing from site to site generated two speeding tickets over a 3 month span. OUTSTANDING!!!!!! I am from Cleveland Ohio and I was traveling through the state of Virginia on vacation when I received a reckless operation traffic ticket. The officer clocked me in at 92 on a 70mph road. Never had more than a speeding ticket so I was a bit nervous after reading about the charges that could be pressed against me. I've never needed an attorney before and searching for one out of state was even more daunting. You don't know who you can believe and who you could trust to help out in a situation like this. I chose Mr. Myers after talking with him over the phone and it was the BEST choice I could've made. He went over the usual process of how things usually play out what I could do to help my situation and he was extremely courteous and helpful about everything pertaining to my case. When it was all said and done Mr. Myers had all charges reduced to just an improper driving ticket and I paid my fees and was on my way. Such a huge relief I felt after it was all over and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend Mr. Myers to anyone who is facing legal troubles in the state of Virginia.

"Above and beyond" comes to mind when I think of the representation Attorney Myers gave my son. Moreover, he seemed to care about the outcome. My son was given a reckless driving ticket for travelling 101 mph in a 70 mph speed zone. My understanding from speaking with several other attorneys was that jail time--among other things--was a strong possibility. Attorney Myers' sage advice to my son about how to prepare for the best possible outcome was right on the mark. Moreover, he argued before the court to delay his trial so that these tasks could be accomplished. As a result, it was reduced to a speeding ticket by a judge who is not known to make such reductions. Hiring an attorney from several states away is daunting, to say the least. I am grateful that I had reviews to read to help me make the best decision so wanted to add my input for others who need to find the right attorney to represent them.

Henry Myers is outstanding in all regards. After receiving a speeding ticket in an area of Virginia known for this and also known for no flexibility in charges or reductions, I contacted Mr. Myers. He gave me great advice on what to do to prepare in the best possible manner to assist in getting a reduction to a lower speed or possibly to a no point charge of defective equipment. He was able to do what seemed impossible - he convinced the court to reduce the ticket to defective equipment. This guy is the best; don't look anywhere else if you want the best outcome, CALL HENRY MYERS!

Excellent Attorney

Attorney Henry Myers was a God send for me. In June 2013 I was traveling through Wytheville, VA and was clocked doing 94 in a 70 MPH zone and received a reckless driving ticket. I have never received an out of State ticket before and my last in State (MI) ticket was received over 10 years ago, needless to say I didn’t know what to do. Attorney Henry Myers had me covered. We talk for over an hour the first time I called. He gave me the hard cold facts concerning the possible penalties for reckless driving. He also offered a list of things I could do that would show I understood the seriousness of the charge with the Judge. All this and I hadn’t even hired him yet. So of course I hired him and he represented me well, so well that all my penalties were reduced and because I followed his direction and took an eight hour in class Defensive Driving Course before my court date I was done and did not have to return six months later like all the others who used other attorneys. If you received a ticket in VA call Attorney Myers and let him cover you too!

Attorney Henry Myers sets himself apart from other Attorneys. I received letters from other Virginia Commonwealth attorneys. Beyond impressive credentials and past experience, he actually cared about the outcome of my case. I'm glad I retained Mr. Myers. As a result the ticket was dismissed.



I am a North Carolina resident. I was driving through Virginia trying to get my family to a wedding on time after missing an exit. The officer said he clocked me at 70MPH in a 55MPH zone. I've never had points against my license since obtaining it in NC in 1992.



With Mr. Myer's help, I was able to keep my good driving record. He also took the time to explain the details of reciprocity between NC and VA and what happens in the process. Virginia law proved quite different and I realized I needed his help. The outcome would have been different, had I not retained Mr. Myers.

Attorney Myers did me a super job.... I was driving thru VA returning home from a business trip/family vacation and was almost to the NC/VA state line when I got a speeding ticket. I am talking ~25 miles from the state line. An obvious VA speed trap. None the less, to my surprise, the kind officer hands me a ticket with the words “Reckless Driving” and “mandatory court date” and never said anything else to me. WOW. What is this? I always heard about VA being a bad state for driving. But Reckless Driving.!! Totally Insane.!! This was my first speeding ticket in like 10 years. Anyways about three days later my mail box was bombarded with “unsolicited” mail from attorneys wanting to represent me. I did my research on the web and found Attorney Myers (Myers Law, P.C.) and interviewed him. I was impressed and so retained him. The rest is history. After some court preparations, speedometer calibrations, etc., Attorney Myers was successful at getting my Speeding Ticket/Reckless Driving reduced to just “DEFECTIVE SPEEDOMETER”. No points. Listen all…. Do yourself a favor – RETAIN ATTORNEY MYERS (don’t waste your time with any other attorney).

I highly recommend Henry Myers. He did exactly what he said he should be able to do--he got my speeding ticket reduced to a non-moving violation of defective equipment thus, no points on my license. He is very well liked and connected to the courts and police, knowledgeable, courteous and keeps you informed every step of the way. Use him, you won't be sorry.

I have talked with several attorneys but none as impressive as Attorney Myers . He was friendly, straight forward, very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely concerned about helping me. I have used him several times and he has won every case for me and my sons. He remembered me each time I called which lets you know he takes time to get to know you. I have used several other traffic attorneys in past and he was able to do what they couldn't, which was win the case! I have his number on speed dial. I was driving a Lexus GS doing 101mph in 70mph zone in Virginia. Just to let you know, in Virginia that's automatic Jail time & up to $5,000 in fine. I read a few reviews about Mr Myers. I didn't care how much he charged, I fired my previous Lawyer. Attorney Henry Myers is so smooth, and skilled, It is amazing that we were able to do what other attorney's said could not be done.
