What a great experience! The people are outstanding and so friendly and helpful. I will always recommend them to others.

After almost put to tears trying to work with rimrock Subaru we were blown away by the customer care we received at Billings Volkswagen! We called with what we thought was a fair but low offer (after hours of research) and they not only agreed on the offer, they hand delivered it to us in Sheridan, Wyoming! The whole process has been absolutely lovely and painless! It gives me faith in the car buying process! Mike and Lorraine were so kind and bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable. They even went to the car and sent photos of small dings/scratches so we new exactly what we would be getting. All I can say is thank you and well done VW!

We were both very impressed with Richard M. on the sales staff. We expected a pushy, pressured sales pitch like most dealers, but got patient and professional treatment while we purchased our new 2013 Beetle! We love it!!! They even stayed past closing time to finish up the paperwork, for us to sign & drive!

VW Billings is great. I went in looking for a new fuel efficient vehicle, and found the Golf I wanted. They worked around my schedule and I was able to get my Golf over my lunch hour the following day. All the paper work was completed before hand and all i had to do was sign. The customer service is spectacular.

I picked up my 2013 Touareg today. WOW!! The staff is fantastic, Richard, Laraine, Mike and Mike are great to work with. Customer Service, they invented the term.



The new car is beautiful, priced correctly and my trade in was properly valued. All in all a wonderful experience

Within 30 minutes we had a deal and a handshake on a used 2012 Passat TDI! Not the kind of thing you see very often at all in the car biz. Everything was at my pace and didn't feel obligated to rush into something that I didn't want to. Bought the car at a killer price (a price LITHIA told me was way to low and impossible). Eric Tipton (sales), Laraine (internet manager, and Anna (financing) were all fantastic INCLUDING the sales managers. This was my first VW but i feel that if it were any other brand i would want to give the first shot at this dealer because of there outstanding performance great attitude.

Bought a 2013 Jetta TDI yesterday and it was the best buying experience I've had in a long time. I use to hate going to dealerships, but Eric was awesome. He wasn't pushy, knew what he was talking about and was a real gentlemen. The office staff just continued with the quality service. Would definitely send family and friends there !

We really enjoyed the salesman Jake. He was really knowledgeable and nice. Mike was also knowledgable and fun to work with. Anna was a sweetheart, and we loved working with her. We really love our new passat.

We leased a Jetta Sportswagen this week and have to say it was the best experience I have had when purchasing a new car. Eric the salesman was great one of the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. The rest of the staff made the whole experience painless and I would purchase/lease from them again

These guys are great. I walked in after having a bad feeling at another dealership and the people at VW not only made me feel welcome, but I got to leave with a brand new car. They made me feel like my questions were welcome, not a problem and that I could call with any problems...no matter when I had them!
