Called for pricing, was told that this company only deals with scrap from residents over 100lbs. Female that answered the phone was rude (I was being very polite). I ended up going to TEC out in Union Grove, prices were a few cents below neighboring scrap yards but service was phenomenal. I have found my new scrap yard....and Cleveland isn't it. It's a shame they cannot have polite customer service on the phone......other reviews on this company from the Internet reflect the experience of my phone call in person. Good luck, Cleveland....you'll need it.
