First of all the RNs and CNAs are the most wonderful caring individuals and should be given the highest compliments. However the intake nurse who came never informed my family that if my dad was not dead or slipping into a coma they would move him. He is 85 years old with kidney failure. The social workers and overall administration were unkind and unable to show any remorse for what was happening. They kept trying to push Medicaid which my father would never qualify for then they tried to say he was going to be transferred to one of their long term care facilities. We transported him back to a loving and caring center in Tampa and switched hospice companies. The nurses were amazing everyone else was uncaring. So if your loved one is terminal but will not pass away in 72 hours you will have to move them.
