Friendly and professional? Those are the last two words I would use to describe this business. Not only did I spend a fortune having someone else fix their screw ups, I had to deal with condescending and flat out ignorant personalities in the process. When I told them that the original problem wasn’t fixed and that there was also several additional issues going on than there was before I dropped it off, they couldn’t care less. As soon as they were paid they acted like they were clueless as to what I was talking about or even who I was for that matter and treated me as though they were speaking to me for the first time all over again. Take your business elsewhere!

I went through my insurance who contacted this business to send someone out to replace a tire. The repairman requested my wheel lock/key and when he left he took it with him. When the manager/owner was contacted, he stated that he did have a record of the service, but that he had no way of knowing that his repairman had taken it and he did not intend to replace it or reimburse me for this item. This item is specific to my car and must be replaced. When I told him that was very poor customer service, he simply stated, "That's fine. We have plenty of customers."
