I am so disappointed in this new business/owner.
I came in for a wheel alignment on 7/25. I whole hearted didn't know it's been almost a month. My wheel was shaking. The owner said, "if you buy the tire from me I'll realign it for free. I'm 7/26 my husband gets the tire. I realized driving home from church 8/21 my van is still pulling. I say to my husband, "Why is my car still pulling, did you get an alignment after you bought the tire?" He said No. I waited the next business day (Monday) to call Jr. The owner answered and I remind him who I am. He says, "Oh yea just come in and we'll fix it". I come in Tuesday. I go in the office ask do you have time to realign my car today. I remind him of our convo; and I have both receipts so he'll know I'm not trying to get over on him. We exchange words, then proceeds to say, "YOU JUST WANT SOMETHING FOR FREE!! Yet both my receipts are in his hand! I go off after this. He threatened to call 911. Yet he disrespected me! I will NEVER come back!
