This is the worst salon I've ever been to. Waited over an hour for a pedicure that I had an appt for, then the gentlemen doing my feet was completely finished polish and all in 15 min. None of my cuticles were cut, skin was not exfoliated and when I complained to the manager I was told oh sorry you'll have to call owner in California. I can do a better job myself. Don't waste your time of your money!! I'll make sure everyone I know never goes there again. Horrible business practices

The most horrible service. I'm very disappoint with the way people run their business. Wile I was getting a pedicure, a customer had a complaint about a discount. The spa didn't want to honor it. The lady taking care of me keep looking at the manager and the customer arguing. She hurt my big toe three times, I told her to be more careful and she said something in Vietnamese I didn't know if she insulted me or apologize. I will not go back until employees learn to be more careful, take care of their customer in a polite manner and talk to their customer in English so we as customers can understand.
