Nice place, nice staff.

I was going here for a few weeks, and then the staff showed me some really great workouts with the arch-trainer and some great knee focused exercises. Great equipment and great staff !! An easy $10 per month investment :)

I have been going here for about 6 months now. I am really happy with the quality and cleanliness of the place. The staff is great and i almost always get both hellos and goodbye when I am there. I love the 12 min abs room and their massage. Keep up the awesome work !!

Great bang for buck

Really new and clean place. Had the showers I needed and they are really inviting. I liked the 12 min Abs and the stretching area a lot. Their trainer Luis showed me some cool Bosu and foam-roller stuff during one of his classes, which I guess is always free with my membership. That was just totally icing on the cake. Place kills it for CS !! This place should be higher on list for searching.
