Bio Family clinic has rapidly grown in most parts of yuma. I am very excited to be treated at this clinic as they have best doctors, best staff and most of all most services under one roof. Bravo

This is place is so inadequate. If they didn't just change doctors all the time, I may have liked it. The first doctor I was punctual and very helpful and very quick. Got it and got out. But then they switched my doctor with out asking and she has no effing idea what she's doing. She very unprofessional, brings up my appearance a lot, and she doesn't listen to me what so ever and then complains that I didn't tell her anything. She literally looks up all her facts on Google while I'm there. I pay for an appointment to have you Google shit?? When I show up for appointments I literally always wait for 3 hours every single time. The staff never answers their phone they're rude and I have to set up an appointment just to have a refill every single time I want a refill. I've been getting these pills for 2 years. Just give me a fucking refill. And the dam office doesn't even answer the phone for me to set up an appointment. They don't even fax their prescriptions like every one else does. You have to give it to the Pharmacy yourself, which they failed to explain to me the first time. I ask to have them sent to Walmart, after that, and they sent it to Walgreens. It's ridiculous how much of a pain in the ass it is just to be a patient with this place. I show up for a scheduled appointment once, I even had the appointment card in hand, and the door was actually locked. Nobody called about having to cancel, or that there was something going on. I just had to reschedule my appointment. If I wasn't already moving, I'd move on to another doctor here. Yuma doctors are really shitty and unprofessional. I've live here my whole life. And seriously, this is one of thee absolute worst. The first Dr I had was actually Mosley. He was cool, but apparently he doesn't exist anymore and now I have to go to Hart. She has no professionalism, and she makes everything so ridiculously difficult. Seriously, I should not have to go in for an appointment just to get a fucking refill. It's expensive.

I have been going to the Bio Family Clinic on Ave. B for about 6 months. I am going to have to switch doctors offices again. First, they switch doctors in that office like toilet paper. Also, their office staff has been switched several times. The new one is unacceptable. They are rude, close the glass window on the patients, and are more interested in talking than printing out perscriptions. Additionally, the last 2 times I have been there I have waited 2 hours to be seen. I was told the last time that the doctor had appointments at 8 and did not show up until 8:45! This is ridiculous. When I did get seen, she had not read my chart and had no idea what she was doing. Finally, the billing department is incompetent! We have sent them 2 checks the past 2 months, both have been cashed and have not been recorded on our bill. Therefore, they are saying we are late. I want to know where my money is going. It is certainly not going to my bill. I hope they get it together soon. I would like to get my medical file and just get away from there.
