Disappointing experience with owner of Reddy Rents today. I could not believe the response I received when letting him know their equipment I rented is not working. I was told their to busy to check out all of their equipment prior to sendig out, which was a strange answer and furthermore told me that I’m the one with the problem and I’m the the issue... All I did was ask for a machine that I can use. He replaced the machine with a working one.Told me he doesn’t understand why I rent from them? Shame on you Reddy Rents. Will take your advice and stay far away from any Renting and will take all my business to United Rental. Totally dumbfounded by the owners reaction and tone of voice/comment given today, just blew me away. Did not expect that from him. I am writing all this, just so you are all aware... Good day.
