I called and spoke with Eric a manager and he set us up with Racheal - Aside from being professional and extremely courteous, she was followed through like a champ and was thoughtful when it came to our business needs.. We will use them for all travel!

Very poor experience. Quickly, 1st trip estimate 5k, advised why not more round trip tickets as we were leaving AND returning, then estimate lowered to 4k. Why was I doing agents job? After financials exchanged trip details finalized without clear description or other choices. This all done over month in advance. Left little choice but to grin and bear it. Then had to chase down agent for itinerary (1 week out). Then discovered trip (though cheaper but not drastically so) had me arriving directly at final destination, 1 hour layover, flying to another island (collecting bags, rechecking in & paying bag fee) w 3+ hour layover there, than finally flying to 1st stop which was actually final destination. WTH?? Is this what I get for $4,000 dollars?! Filed complaint with agents supposed supervisor with absolutely no response. Will never use or recommend Princess to anyone.

They scheduled my trip for the wrong dates! and notifying them they said "OH well!!" avoid like the swine flu!!

This is certainly the worst excuse for a travel agency I have experienced in my life.



The advertised air fare rates are a joke--- the next fare booked at the advertised rate would probably be the first.



I stopped by one day to get info on a Hawaii vacation and a 250 pounder mexican told me she was busy (appeared to be filing her nails) and would call me back. Never heard from her (it).



Management is non existent!



My only advise is to stay away from that place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
