On a recent visit to Yuma, Arizona, Hertz Car Rental was my rental of choice. Having booked online, I found them to be the most competitive of all rental agencies at the airport.

Arriving late on a Thursday evening from Orlando, Florida, management associate Gloria advised that she could - upon my request - upgrade my rental vehicle without charge. Polite and helpful, I was quickly accommodated and out the door.

Vehicle return the following week was quick and easy. Hertz was closed, but provided a night drop box for keys and return rental agreement. Having filled and cleaned the vehicle prior to return, no further charges were applied to my credit card.
