Order flowers 2 days in advance for a memorial service. They DID NOT arrive in time. After talking with the Owner/Manager she assured me she would refund. Called a week later asking where the refund is, called another week later an STILL NO REFUND. Have left voice mail with no response from her. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The one thing this business does is deliver flowers and they screwed that up, and for a memorial service at that. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this business. WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD.
