My wife has used this company for a couple of years buying her work shoes and other better grade shoe products. She convinced me that I should give them a try for my sandals . I normally get a pair at one of the big box stores for around $25 that last about 3 months. She extolled the virtue of getting a " Good pair" and getting years of use.
I went in and we picked out a pair that costs about $110 with tax, they were great, for about 6 months.
Then the area where my foot touched the sandal, the thin leather pad wore through . We were out of the area and as soon as we got back to Yuma we took them back to the store.

The owner/manager of the store looked at them and said" you got lots of use from these." He then pointed to the insole and said see how these have been" Well worn" and that the manufacture wouldn't do anything about it .
I turned them over and said they still look like new, and he went back to the pad area that had worn through and said again " these have been well worn."

I mentioned the fact that my wife has Burks that are 10 years old and hers are still wearable, he shrugged his shoulders.
I asked him to look at the account and asked if he was sure that this is what he wanted to do, he responded yes.
The lack of customer service was appalling , we left and will never be back, and rather than giving a positive reference, we will do our best to steer customers to another shoe store.
