City of Yuma Water & Sewer is not considerate of customer complaints. They are not cooperative in resolution of consumer issues, including billing complaints. Over the course of 5 years we have found they are either unresponsive and/or uncooperative. They are quick to impose fees and slow to resolve complaints. Be aware that City of Yuma employees are trained to be evasive and misleading when interacting with the public and city customers.
