I had a lady continuously lean on me at the tag agency today. I asked her multiple times to get off. The lady and her friend began to talk bad about me and ha my mother. When I went to the back to sign my paperwork I was on the phone with my mother talking to her about the ridiculous situation and one of the ladies told me to get off my phone and to stop talking about her friend to my mom. I laughed and told her to leave me alone and the lady began to peruse I told the lady to drop it and stop acting like a b. and the lady said lets take this outside. She caused a scene and the owner Pat decided to yell at me to get off my phone and that they are not allowed. I asked and it is not against any rule to be on your phone at a tag agency. I was simply reprimanded because of my looks of being very young. That is segregating. This is my second bad experience the first time they helped four people before me even though I was in line. It is not ok for a state agency to treat people unequally because they think they are a teenager.
