We were trully sorry for her package getting destroyed. The package made it all the way to Alaska in fine condition. While sitting in the hub in Alaska, the package was destroyed and the medals were stollen from the shadow box. I did everything in my power to remedy this situation to no avail. UPS was blaming my business to poor packaging but not accepting that the package sat for 2 days in fine condition and then the medals were stolen. When they sent a picture, the packaging was not what we put on the shadow box, and the boxes were not damaged. It was vandalized in Alaska. Not our fault. Unfortuneatly the young lady still blamed us, she signed the manifest that once a package leaves my facility, that I am not responsible for it. I worked for 2 weeks trying to remedy this problem and I refunded her the shipment fee. I understood her frusttation and anger as I too was frustrated and extremely angry that someone deliberatley broke that box and UPS would not help!! I have been in this business for 8 years, and this is the only horrid experience that I have had. As I told her, I am trully sorry for this incident.
