I was pleasantly surprised today when I picked our English Springer Spaniel up from Waggin' Tails Doggie Groomers! Although she is just 2½, this is the best haircut she has ever had. Everything was perfect - feet, nails, ear length, body length and the growing out of her skirt. Her hair grows so fast and gets curly so we try to keep her short. I will be taking her back to Waggin' Tails from now on. And she smelled so good, too. Great people at Waggin' Tails and they really listened to how we wanted her cut. Thank you so much!!

Coming from Huntington Beach, I had to find a great groomer for my sidekick ,Mikey. He is laid back and elderly, mi-optic and hearing isn't great...but we are a team!

Five minutes with other groomers (if they were open and had regular hours) and I was getting to think I'd be driving to OC monthly for a pet friendly,competent, no nick groomer!

Then I stopped and talked Michelle and called my OC groomer who, although they never met, she said Waggin Tails would be her choice for her dogs! The rest is history..Mikey likes going there, no problems, comes home clean, expressed and smiling for a VERY reasonable price! Also does my cat with a lion cut and no issues there either!

I used to go to Petsmart in Palm Springs but got tired of their attitude. The quality of work was not really very professional. Happened to pass Waggin Tails and decided to bring my dogs. They were not only less expensive than Petsmart and Petco but did a far superior job on grooming. Had all four dogs for teeth cleaning (the best prices in the whole valley) and my dogs look like puppies. I have only good things to say about these ladies and their salon.

Amazing people. I had to have one of my Standard Poodles groomed on short notice not only did they stay until 6:30 pm they did an awesome Job. Most Importantly my Dog was very happy with them. There customer service goes well beyond anything I have seen in A long time. There prices are at least $20.00 less than I have paid anywhere else. I will be a customer for life. By the way they normally close @ 5:00 and there was no comprimise on the Job they did. Exceptional In All Areas.
