Provided by YPmobileI have been to every salon in yucca valley. Shelby is the only one who did what I wanted and didn't charge me a arm and a leg. She's young and fresh and loves what she does. I've taken my 92 year old grandmother to her and she did a amazing perm and style. And my haircut and highlights were amazing!! Shelby we love you.
