The worst service and food ever! They never have chicken prepared and the wait is 35 minutes every time, and if you ask for crispy and they don't have it made, they try to talk you into getting the original whether you want it or not just so they don't have to make anymore. They're rude, the lobby is always dirty, and the service sucks. And there's always so many employees there and yet nothing is ever done. Last time I went there, I had to wait 35 minutes for crispy chicken and when I finally got it, it was burnt and the manager was rude as hell! Cannot wait until they build a Popeye's in my town, I will never eat there again!

so horrible,just plain horrible.babys running around in soiled dipers orders being taken slow as a turtle.just bad

I like this KFC it isn't that bad I do miss the buffett but all in all it really isn't that bad. The employees there are nice my favorite employee there is Jessica she does a great job and is very friendly.
