It was horrific!! They got another bad rating and said they never heard of the person, but she's a friend of a friend and I only saw that a little while ago when I was looking at former reviews. I had flowers delivered Friday around 5pm. I called this morning, Tuesday to ask if they could make things right since some of the greenery was brown and wilted and some flowers were dead and brown. After sending about 8 pictures Lindsey told me to bring them down. I got there and Dusty was just as nasty as can be. If you dare to order from out of state, have a picture of what you've ordered and make sure it matches. Please be aware that they don't always deliver, it's a courtesy and I got lucky, according to him. They don't have a 100% guarantee as posted on their site. They told me that flowers don't last more than 3 days, although that has NEVER been my experience before (with reputable florists). I'm going to find someone who can help me upload the pics, wish I could do it now. This comment section doesn't allow for me to tell all that happened.

I LIVE OUT OF STATE AND FOR THE 2ND TIME HAD TO BLINDLY RELY ON THE STAFF TO HELP FIND JUST THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT AND OUT OF THE ORDINARY DELIVERY FOR SOMEONE VERY SPECIAL IN JOSHUA TREE. EVERY PERSON I DEALT WITH WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS I MAY HAVE HOPED FOR IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY SPECIAL REQUESTS. WITHOUT RESERVATION, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO USE CACTUS FLOWER FLORIST FOR THEIR SIMPLEST TO THEIR MOST EXTRAVAGANT NEEDS. THE SERVICE, THE PERSONNEL AND THE PRODUCTS ARE ALL OUTSTANDING.
