The mechanic told us our job would be quick and simple, then called us multiple times asking questions and making comments that made it obvious he was clueless. He gave us a huge discount for this, which was nice, but then when we FINALLY got our truck back there were parts missing. We called and asked about them and they claim they weren’t there when they got the vehicle, which is absolute garbage. They seem nice, but they’re unorganized and slow.

Great Service, Excellent Pricing, cheaper by 30 percent! the best part was no core charge because i brought Mike the Alternator that needed to be replaced and they rebuilt it. no hassle with a core charge, having to go back and forth and it was positively the right part Made my Month!!!

VERY honest and nice. Prompt and fair service. I went there with a battery that seemed to be dead to buy a replacement. They didn't want to sell me a new one because they felt they could save it, for FREE! And they did. A month later, a different car of mine had a battery problem. Other Interstate Battery dealers (I was staying with my parents when it happened) tried to take advantage of me and played price games with the warranty and proration. Ace had none of that, having the SAME price for proration, warranty and normal purchase. (The other dealers used a LOWWW price for prorate credit, and a HIGHER than normal price for warranty 'purchase', to the point where it was the same price as buying it outright.) ACE IS THE PLACE FOR BATTERIES AND ELECTRICAL!
