Provided by YP.comWas advised by store how to ship package, package was damaged and UPS refused to pay insurance claim due to incorrect packaging. Brought to their attention that THEY advised on how to ship package and they refused to even refund the $120 shipping they charged me. gave me incorrect phone number to file complaints. $420 loss to client they could care less about. I'll never go back!
