Awful service! Brought in 6 dress shirts on a Wednesday. Promised that they would be ready on Friday after 4pm. I show up on Friday and waited for an hour before the guy in the white van showed up! Just to be told my shirts were not included in the delivery and would be ready on Monday after 4pm. Monday rolls around and I was not able to pick up after 4pm so I figure I will pick up on Tuesday morning (since they were again promised to be ready the day before). Well I show up at 7:15am and am told my shirts are not there!! The receptionist/clerk says she will call "the place" and find out what happened. I get a call about 20 minutes later and she tells me that my shirts will be ready today after 4pm. I asked her what the issue was. She proceeds to tell me due to holiday there was a delay. (Mind you they were open on Monday the 11th) All she did was apologize and make excuses. This is not customer service. Well, let me correct that, this is bad customer service. This service was

WORST!!!! Cleaner business in ...

WORST!!!! Cleaner business in Yuba City. I took in two expensive bed pillows in to be dry cleaned. I got them back almost 4 weeks later with large black grease stains on them. I was upset, and asked that they fix it. They blamed it on the company that does the cleaning for them and noticed they were stained. They entered a "re-do" in their system for the pillows. I got them back 3 weeks later with the SAME stains on them, plus they were WET! I even had the employee feel the pillows and she remarked they were wet and still stained and asked if I wanted another re-do. She said the manager won't let her do re-dos, but she would do one anyway. I said, no, I have company coming, and these pillows are ruined. I want my money back for the pillows now. She would not give me my money back, and yelled at me stating she absolutely cannot give me my money back because the manager won't let her, and I'd have to call her Monday. Apparently she could do a 3rd re-do without the manager's permission, but couldn't refund me the $20 for my pillows? I will NOT be going back here again. They are the cheapest in town, but they RUIN your items! It is not worth it if you have to replace your items because they can't take responsibility for ruining their items. They blame it on the company in Auburn where they send their items.
