I went into Yuba City Les Schwab on 9/10/2021 to get the air checked in my tires due to tire pressure light being on. I pull into the first bay and was instructed to go 2 bays over. I pull up and while the technician is checking my tires, another employee starts to take a tire off the rack next to me, and HITS MY CAR DOOR!!. The technician that is checking my tire pressure assures me the pressures are good. I decided I would like them to inspect the tire further and assess the damage that was caused by the tire hitting my door. Was instructed I could leave my car and it would be hour and half wait. I asked to be dropped off at Raintree Car Wash and the manager said he would get someone to do it. So the employee comes out and gets into my car to drop us off. Which I found to be pretty ironic, where as my car is having tire pressure issue and we are going to get dropped off in it? The employee drops us off, and we decide to follow him back to Les Schwab and you can clearly see the front passenger tire is riding on the side wall and running flat! We come back in about 2 hours and now I was told my RIM IS BENT on a 2021 Brand new car! So long story short I came in to get a simple fix done and came out with a DAMAGED DOOR, BENT RIM and BAD TIRE! Which they are trying to charge me! Would not recommend these guys HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!!!

This location is always quick with their service. Been going here for years. Highly recommend them.
