One time we had an appointment for my daughter. We waited an hour before they even got to her. My daughter had burns for days on her scalp from Heather blow drying it. Another time I was told to wait 15 minutes to get a bang trim. After time passed, Heather told me it would be another hour wait. Another time I had my haircut on apart and someone else cut it totally bad. My layers were 2 inches on one side and 1 inch on the other side of my head. I went back and had someone else try to fix it and they didn't correct the problem. Totally a joke.
