Rent paid early every month! Discovered Bill had been going to the house during the day unanounced and going through the garage. Then suprises me, at 6:00pm unanounced, with a 30 day eviction notice stating "it just isint working out" and refused to give me any reasons for the eviction stating "I don't have to discuss the reasons!
Then proceeds to berate me for my dog being in the house even after paying a huge pet deposit!
This guy acts as though he doesn't have to play by the rules!

Moved out three weeks ago. They won't send us an itemized list of work that had to be done and won't tell us the status of our deposit. We were excellent tenants; rent always paid on time. Left the house extremely clean with only normal things to take care of; light bulbs, carpet cleaning, etc....
