Food was good just little cold and the waitress never checked on us but one time to drop off the tag

Watered down alcohol. Food was under cooked or over cooked. Servious was so bad. They said all drinks on happy hour, when I went to pay I found out that my waiter lied.

I went to applebee's in Yuba City with my family, The food was good, My total bill came to $101.28, i gave a tip of $10.00 .I paid all this through my American express credit card. When i got my American express statement, the tip was $25.00 . I contacted the manager of Applebees. He was not help full, he kept on telling me some stories,like i will look up your sales slip and see where the mistake happened. He said he would call me back. Well he never did. After several calls to the manager, i did not find any solution. Listen to this now, I was checking my statement of my credit card to see if they have fixed the mistake, to my surprise i see one more charge for $10.99 on a different day,which was totally fraud. I was never to that place again. I called the manager again, no response. Then finally i disputed the $10.99, ad the $15.00. that were extra charged with out my knowledge.Thanks to American express, I got my money back. Later i found out from my friend that it happened to him too. Your waitress is stealing you credit card info an charging it. I got a new card reissued by American express.

I am very disappointed that things like this are happening in a famous restaurant like this.

SO PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE ANY MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

food is great, but could improve on choices though

food is great, though i think they should extend their hours so we have more time and don't have to eat dinner at 8
