The first time I went, they messed up my order and when I asked them to fix it, they fixed it, only instead of giving me the gordo burrito that I ordered, they gave me a regular one, so I basically wasted two dollars.

TODAY I went there and called to tell them that their burrito both made me sick AND that the chicken tasted funny. Absolutely positive the chicken is old. Anyways, I called to tell them and they told me "if you're sick maybe you should go to the hospital"

Absolutely horrible customer service. Never going there again.

we order our lunch Wednesday June 17 we order are food to pickup when to pick it up and our order wasn't incorrect waited for to be ready and our total was $8.75 and payed with $100 and got $81.25 cent and they over charger me $10 dollar and I went back to the store I told them can I speak to your manager they told she is not her and I try to call them and told them to give me a call back they never did and I went back again the manager wasn't there but I never see a manager don't have a at the store and they should have one at all times. I try to call them so many times they keeping telling us we can't do anything and there customer service is really bad and they don't even talk nice to customer service they should do something about that. Please help because we just don't want other customers to get there money taken by business like this one.

The store might not look appealling but their food so makes up for everything. This place is a gem in the mud. Everything that i have tried so far has been good. They give a big serving and the price is unbeatable. It's definitely a favorite!
