Provided by SuperpagesThe two ladies that I spoke to on the phone were very unfriendly an seemed very unappreciative of my business, I would never use this florist again because there are a ton of flower shops in Ann Arbor, I would assume that of these shops, somebody would at least be KIND enough to want to help me.

Provided by SuperpagesThe flowers I purchased were arranged satisfactorily, but the service was terrible. I waited a very long time before anyone helped me, even though there were employees available. The person who helped me was not friendly.
