I bought a dryer and they were supposed to let me know the day before when it would be delivered and I had requested morning because of my work schedule. I didn’t hear anything from them and called the day of the delivery and it was out for delivery for evening. I told them that i wouldn’t be there at that time so I rescheduled for a different day and emphasized morning delivery. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. Never received a notification the day before to let me know when they were coming again. Called the store and they said it was out for delivery between 5:30-7:30pm. Again, I said that I wouldn’t be home and at that time I ended up going in to the store and said I wanted to talk to a manager. Talked to Nick who said that I have to give him time and that he couldn’t just snap his fingers! At that time I was really irritated at that totally inappropriate comment. Ended up having to take a day off work to be available for their delivery! Since when does a customer have to accommodate a store!! Horrible service all the way around and poor manager customer service!! They just made things worse!
