Overall a very positive experience- Very informative, non pushy sales people. I shopped around but at the end this was the place to buy for many reasons.

Fischer Honda is best represented by their recent advertising campaign. The dealership sent out a flyer with a "lottery ticket" glued to the front. You are led to believe that you have won $5000 with your winning combination of triple 7s. The fine print on the inside of the flyer is confusing, deceptive, and misleading...a very good representation of the dealership itself. I especially felt bad for the dozens of people wasting their lunch break thinking they were winner, and it was especially shameful to see one car dealer struggling to explain to an elderly couple why they actually hadn't won the $5000. The dealership knew exactly what they were doing, and this speaks a lot to the management and ownership.

Overall, please avoid Fischer Honda dealership in Ypsilanti due to its dishonesty and obvious willingness to waster people's time with deceptive gimmicks. Fischer Honda's facilities are also unimpressive and the selection of cars is minimal. Go 15 minutes further west to Germain Honda in Ann Arbor where the representatives are polite, informative, and honest.

The service was great and I was especially impressed with the nice shuttle driver, Clyde. He was prompt, courteous, and very polite. I liked that he also had a sense of humor. In the past my shuttle rides have been less than acceptable, it's nice that you have someone that is so personable and also knows how to drive!! I'll be telling my friends that if they need service that Fischer Honda is the place to go. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience, the only thing that would make this better is if it was free!

went in for a oil change and rotate with a brake eval, everything check out good . The oils change was quick. About 35 minutes. Also got a complimentary car wash from down the road. I will be going back for my oil changes and service

One of the doors on my 2006 oddesey broke at noon on Friday, as a result the door wouldn't close. I called another dealer and they couldn't get me in until Wednesday. I called Fisher Honda and they found the parts and told me they could do the repair that day. I dropped my van off at 12:30 and it was ready by 5! I will reccommend Fischer Honda to everyone I know!

Great service! I was able to get in first thing in the morning for an oil change and I didn't have a scheduled appointment. Sean was friendly and gave me a call as soon as my car was ready.
