I just had my windows and a patio door replaced and after calling around and getting several estimates, I am so happy I went with Hunnicutt`s Glass. They treated me very well, the crew was very professional, clean and polite. They showed up on time, and got the work done ahead of schedule for the price they quoted me. It`s good to know atleast one company still values customer service.

I have had several windows replaced over the years and I have never had a company treat me as well as this company. Just as there add says "when you need it fast call us" this is true. I would recommend them to anyone that asks, this is a great compnay to deal with.

I had a window replaced recently, and although the price was fair, the company did not stand by their product. They repaired my window and it no longer stays open. When I called to inquire the owner came out to my house and basically said that the window was too heavy for the frame. He said with new standards the windows have to be thicker, my house is only 5 years old. He would not help me get this fixed and it is dangerous for my children, as the window slams down. He basically told me it was my problem and would do nothing to assist me resolve the issue.



I tried to give the business to a local company, they were unprofessional and had absolutely NO customer service. I am now going to have to have the window removed and replace for triple the cost and they are doing nothing to help and did not even tell me this would happen.

I had a window replaced by this company last month. They came in, replaced the window and left, it was $125 which was a fair price. Here is the issue. The window does not stay open, it basically slams down when you try to keep it open. I called the company to have someone come out and look at the issue. The owner of the company came out and explained to me that the new glass has to be thicker and this is the problem. Mind you, my house is only 5 years old. I asked him to please fix the window or replace the springs and he said it was not his responsibility. So I am stuck with a window that never works and is possibly hazardous to my children.######Completely unacceptable and I caution anyone to work with this company due to lack of professionalism and customer service.
