I am a customer who got a window replaced. Had some trouble with weather stripping, brought it in, girl working behind computer totally ignored me standing there, continued talking on phone, a personal call, not even business oriented. Waited over seven mins, then another lady came from back and assisted me. Point is she was flashing thru computer like she was doing work and doodling on paper, and talking about her issues with her relationship. Totally rude, and unprofessional. Customer service was horrible, and to think i pay some of her wages.
