I wish there were negative stars to rate this Walmart store. I have experienced nothing at this store but rude employees, incompetent employees, and extremely, extremely poor customer service. The Sales Associates cannot help you. They are unfamiliar with the store products. They all say "I don't know." a lot. The CSMs (Customer Service Managers) are the rudest employees. Ironic as "Customer Service' is part of their job title. I have had greeters be verbally rude to me. I have tried to work with the Asst. Managers and have been assured by them that changes would be implemented, bad employees spoken to, etc. However, nothing changes. Customer Service has not improved. Service has remained at the same sub-par level. There are too many other discount retailers who want my business and it's long past the time I gave my business to them. I strongly discourage anyone from shopping at this Walmart and I will be sharing my opinion with my family, my friends, acquaintances and online.
