MAGGIE'S MAGIC MUFFINS WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1999 BY KRISTIN SAILOR AND MARGE COLLINS. The recipes for the most sought after muffins in the region were developed by Kristin in her home when she was expecting her daughter Maggie, thus the name Maggie's Magic Muffins. Maggie's soon expanded to offer deli-lunches, muffin gift baskets, espresso beverages and gourmet coffees. Maggie's offers over 70 varieties of GIANT muffins, mini-muffins and cupcake size muffins. All muffins are baked fresh daily at Maggie's. Muffins are also shipped nationally. The deli-lunch menu and breakfast menu was also developed by Kristin and includes all home made selections from chicken, tuna and egg salads, to panini sandwiches, subs, breakfast scramblers and breakfast sandwiches plus specialty salads. Deli Lunches are served take-out or eat-in. Maggie's opened its second location in Austintown in December 2010.
