Ordered from out of town for a funeral. I was very specific about colors and flowers even told them the specific basket I was looking at on there web site. My family that was intown took a picture of the flower that we sent back to me. Not even close to what we discussed even put pick flowers in an arrangement for a man. Not happy!! I agree with other post they do what ever they want.

They send what they want, not what you order. And they even misspelled the name on card. Their defense is the arrangement sent was worth more than what was ordered and BETTER than what was ordered. I disagree.
