fix winshield,,,promised 1 and half hour more like two days, no transportation offered,they said they ran into hick up??? what does that mean? car returned a muddy mess because the repair people on both sides interior had mud all over and black dust tar like on front of exterior

Great dealership, friendly staff. They're building a new building which looks cool. But a very laid back inclusive environment

I did not buy a car there, but they were servicing my WRX. I told them it was time for my timing belt to be changed, they told me it would be over 600, which is a lot. I ordered OEM parts, they put them on, and the idler pulley failed within 4 weeks. I took it in, they blamed the part (conveniently) and went back on their word about diagnosing it for free. So then the car was torn apart and I was paying for it either way. Would not recommend them at all. Honest business is important, important enough that I will drive or pay more before they get another penny. Getting ready to buy a new forester, and it won't be from them.



To reiterate.

-They lied about there being any sort of warranty on the work.

-They lied about there being a free diagnosis when their work failed.

-They charged an outrageous price to repair their work.

-They take an outrageous amount of time, and if you watch them through the window, they charge you for A LOT of time that they are no where near the car. A shame, Subarus are great.

I just bought a Subaru. What an amazing vehicle! My salesman was professional, informative, and fun to deal with! What a great overall experience! I would highly recommend Boardman Subaru....

THE SALESMEN ARE PUSHY. THE SALES MANAGER IS RUDE, TALKS DOWN TO YOU. THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL FIX THE VEHICLE AT PURCHASE AND TURN AROUND TO NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
