OMG. Unbelievable! It was Saturday mornin. One other person in the lobby. I signed in, paid my copay in advance before I saw any medical professional. If you can call it that. Which I sure as h$@& wldn't. Triage nurse took me to triage room got my temp, blood pressure & pulse. After that she asked why I'm there. I tell her I have all the signs & symptoms of something I've had twice before, give her the signs symptoms I have then she tells me I cld possibly need a lab for that, they don't have a lab, I need to go to the ER! I've never needed a lab n past to dx what I have so cld I at least talk to the Dr? Pretty please?? "No, you're goin to need the ER". I was SO upset. Go to the ER, tell the pros there what happened urgent care. They say the urgent care sends pts needing two stiches to them!## Don't know how they stay open.
