I wanted to take a few moments to share how satisfied I am with my claim process and Carcare Collision Center in Yorkville that recently completed the work on my car. When it came to finding a repair shop, I was referred to this location by Allstate because it was close to my home. Firstly, my car is...... OLD. I take good care of it and love it dearly but to a stranger it's worthless. Never once did I feel like Carcare Collision Center felt that way. The manager Robert not only reached out to me and kept in contact through the entire process but was so friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond what he needed to do. I feel Allstate should applaud him as well. Give this place your business and you won't be disappointed.
