I was very impressed with the service I received. There were some moisture problems in my crawlspace that I was very surprised by, but Bob took pictures of what was going on under my home and gave me a great education. He was no pressure - just the facts. As an educated consumer I called 2 other companies for their opinions. Bob was the only one that was concerned with me understanding what was going on under my home and choosing Pro-Techs Exterminating, Inc. to take care of my home was a no-brainer.
