Provided by SuperpagesWe have a large three story home that was in need of residing. We had estimates from 8 companies. Justin with Kelly Construction was the most knowagable and low pressure of all and was very easy to work with no pressure to buy. He offered several suggestions as to what he thought would look the best on our home. His price was also amongst the best and most comprehensive. Their work crew lead by Steve with 12 workers took 3 days to complete the entire job. They cleaned up daily and did a great job and was very polite. This is a small family owned business out of Yorktown, Va that works all over Tidewater. This is a great company to work with and I would give them the highest rating possible.. I knew I was dealing with a first rate company as they were the only company that did not want money up front. Rusty you have built a very good company with a very supportive staff.

Provided by SuperpagesKelly's Const. covered all the exterior wood trim on our house and truly made the exterior maintenance free and beautiful. The work looks great. Their men were always prompt, professional, and left the yard just the way they found it. I would highly recommend this company.
