York Comprehensive High School provides educational classes to more than 1,000 students in grades 10 through 12. It provides various courses, such as English, math, science, social studies, language arts, special education, foreign language, physical education, computer technology and driver education. The school has various clubs that include National Honor Society, philosophy club, French club, quiz team, drama club, robotics team and junior academy of science. It has a library that offers a collection of wide range of books on various topics, including business, computers, education, entertainment, religion, law, and science and technology. The school has a guidance department that counsels students in their educational development and also offers individual and group counseling services.
