Jamie Lagana was awesome. He was able to identify the problem, ordered parts, and came back and installed. The washer had a compounding issue that surprising was able to be fixed the same day as the original repair. He kept me in the loop the entire time. I would definitely recommend Jamie and Apex.

Jamie Lagana has excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Repaired the seals on our fridge with no problem.

Never showed up as scheduled to fix my dryer, called Samsung and they said York closed out my ticket and said they replaced the heater. What a piece of crap business!!
I can't believe Samsung would use such a shady outfit to represent them.

My name is Jason Parsons I am very satisfied with York Electronics they told me it would take about two and a half to 3 weeks to get my TV back and I got my TV back in less than a week and a half they ordered the LCD screen which she said would come in and days It came in 2 I'm very satisfied great job York Electronics absolutely amazing job

They are HORRIBLE to work with. Very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend using this company at all.

Samsung sent this company to repair our tv. Alex was our repairman. He showed up as cheduled and took care of the repair. We got to talking and learned that he also repairs appliances. Our KitchenAid dishwasher needed service, and he said he could help. He took a quick look after the tv was repaired and determine what part it needed. We scheduled a dishwasher service call and again, Alex showed up as scheduled for the 2nd service call. Once the dishwasher was apart, he was able to determine that the problem was more extensive and the issue would be covered under the lifetime warranty. We contacted KitchenAid and a resolution is now underway. We are very pleased with the service from York Electronics. We would recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again.

LG also sent me to this company for a tv repair. York Electronics did not show up between 12-5pm as scheduled. I called York Electronics to confirm I had an appointment and the repairman was still coming that night. The representative confirmed the repairman was still coming and I should expect a call from him. Never called and never showed! I also took off work and my children missed practice. In addition, I have to remount the 200lb. tv back onto the wall! I would NOT recommend York Electronics as a repair service and will be contacting LG to let them know.

Sent in for Pioneer warranty repair. Unit would not power on properly. They had the unit for about 6 weeks, finally called and said there wasn't anything wrong with it. Upon re-installing it, it now powered on and generally worked, but would not play my ipod, and had a few other strange glitches the people at pioneer had never heard of. They offered for me to send it back in but I cannot be without a radio again for that long again. I'd rather toss it and buy a new one.

On 2/6/13 Dave from York Electronics came to my home to check my 12 year old projection tv which would shut down for no reason that I could see. Within 15 minutes he identified the problem. After he fixed the problem, he cleaned the tv and now I have a picture that is as clear as it was 12 years ago.



Would recommend this company to my friends.

My appointment was scheduled by Emerson to service a flat panel TV that didn't work out of the box. They received a confirmation number from York Electronics' web site that the appointment was set for the 1st of December. I received a call a few days later that they "never were notified" of the appointment and that the 1st was booked up. They set up the appointment for this evening between 5 and 7pm. I received no other phone calls and no one showed up. There is no after hours phone contact number. I am beyond frustrated. I would not recommend these people to anyone.

First off their labor charge is a little high. I called them to come look at two tvs after the my house got hit by lightning knocked out the direcTv. Just to have them come out and look at the two tvs I was around $150 for just estimates. Decided to have the one tv fixed. So he replaced the power board which stopped working after ten minutes after the guy left. so they had to come and pick it up the next day. Once it was fixed they gave us a drop off time which they never showed up. When I called they said we weren't on the schedule and wanted to put us off for another three days to deliver it. I will never call for there help again. Also the times that they gave me to be at my house always seemed like it was for a guy on his way to or off work. When I picked the tv up from shop the guy was telling I should get my surge protector checked since the tv went so fast after they replaced the board first time trying to say its my fault the guy that put it in board probably had grounded wrong. They might know what they're doing but I will definitely use someone else
