In the recent past, I have had the experience of being at various surgical centers with my husband, and most recently for an April 7 wrist surgery for myself. OSS is by far the best. The personnel could not have been more helpful from the transport professional who was ever present and helpful at the main door, to the initial check-in desk, to the office staff in the surgi-center location itself, and to the PT area. The convenient cafe was a definite plus also.
Prior to my appointments, there was never more than a 15 minute wait. The care I received from Dr. Andrews and his staff was excellent. He was thorough, informative, and attentive to my questions and concerns. His surgical team was also tuned into making the experience a positive one. Post op care was equally well managed. I could not have asked for a better experience. OSS is a top-notch orthopedic practice with modern, attractive facilities. I offer my highest recommendation.
