They ignore emails if they don't want to deal with a customer. It's totally unprofessional. Real businesses don't do that. Hunt's auctions which is mainly sports is the same way. They simply ignore you even if you're a legitimate customer.



I wouldn't recommend them at all. Sportscardlink and Comiclink are also terrible when it comes to customer service.
