Provided by YP.comFirst time patient, and dentist did not introduce himself. I had to ask assistant if that was Dr. Sipes. Never made eye contact. Next appointment, he pulled a tooth. It took a long time to get it out. Office manager is rude. Girls behind the desk haven't a clue.
