When moving out they sent us a notice that they would be doing a pre-move out inspection. We were given the option to schedule this so that we could be present. I very much wanted to be there as they have a reputation as being the sort of company that will attempt to take your security deposit for any little thing. Had the appointment set for May 23, 2017. They came and did the inspection on May 17 when no one was there and did the inspection. When I called and said I wanted them to come out and redo it when I was there they said they would not do that, then hung up on me. I called back to speak directly with the property manager, he told me they weren't going to redo that and hung up on me as well. Saying I was being rude because I swore at his employee. Which I did, after she made a comment about me getting smart because I wanted them to do what they said they would do. The entire time we lived there we could get no peace and quiet because the places are built with paper walls, and you can hear everything from the surrounding apartments. You pay way too much for a tiny place, with a tiny refrigerator, and terrible insulation. When we moved I ended up renting an entire townhouse for $70 a month less than what I was paying for that place. Do NOT rent from this place if you want to have a decent place to live. They will not help with anything and their staff is absolutely terrible. Read the other reviews on google where there are plenty of examples of what I went through and see that I'm not just one pissed off tenant, but one of many. If you do decide to rent from this company, you've been warned.

The property manager is the most rude and disrespectful person I have ever met in my life being in the job occupation she has. People were coming in to do maintenance work she barged into my apartment with me half-dressed refuse to let me get dressed and refused to let me lock my cat's up so they don't run out ...she was leaving the door wide open when I kept telling her to shut the door she kept yelling at me and then claiming I was the one harassing her. I let her know that I was recording her walking around my apartment while the men were doing the work and in the recording she did get in my face, she was calling me names and making fun of me .she was unprofessional for doing that and she could not do her job ,she threatened to get me evicted and spurted out threats saying "you better be careful!the staff here are very rude. the only staff member that was ever nice to me and professional was a girl named Robin and she does not work here anymore.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I would NOT recommend Waterford to my WORST enemy. I have filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They cannot go on treating residents the way they do. I wish I could give staff "0 stars" in my review.

Well here we go again! Just drove to Hanover and back all the roads are pretty clear.I get to my home Governors place at Waterford and guess what? Almost slid into a light post! When I called the office to ask where are the plows i was lied to and told they are out plowing?Its funny as I look over my community i don"t see or hear any plows? Beside the rudeness i received from the Waterford staff over the phone the situation can be dangerous. Do the people who work in the office know that they work for us the residents? Why do they not realize that we are customers who deserve the respect and consideration of anyone who uses there services? The condescending attitude from staff s is reason enough not to consider living here. If you expect any kind of snow removal in any kind of a timely manner DON"T MOVE HERE !

What a awful place to live. First off the property manager Pat is a see you next tuesday, and the maintenance supervisor is a joke a just walks around all day so nothing gets done when I called the leasing office. I cannot describe to someone how bad this place is to live in. The apartments are that bad but are expensive for what they are. Bottom line is that the staff is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and the place is not worth what the rent is.
