I called on two different days leavingy name and number . Never received a call back. I would not recommend

I want to let you know what a great employee you have in Justin. The first time he came to my house over my HE Cabrio Washer, the fist thing he said to me that I was using the wrong soap. I was told by the delivery guy from Lowes that I could use anykind of soap, just not so much. Anyway, Justin explained it to me, why I should use the HE soap. It made perfect sense to me. I switched to the HE soap and my clothes are 100 per cent cleaner. I am the kind of person, if you make sense to me, I will try it. The problem I was having with my machine, it would just not start. No lights, nothing. When Justin came the first time, of course it started when he was here. AAAApliance gave me a 30 day grace in case it happened again. 24 days later same problem. Would not start until Justin came again. Justin was very careful about which part it could be. He wanted to make sure, so I said I would call if it happened again. The machine is working fine right now. The main thing is I learned more from Justin about myt machine than I did from the salesman or the delivery guy. Because of Justin, I like my whirrlpool again. Before I was ready to dump it on the front step of Whirrlpool Offices, if I knew where it was. The long and the short of it, Justin really stood behind whirrlool and convinced me, that I really did have a good machine. I am very happy now and I will continue to use whirrlpool products and have them taken care of by Justin. He is the epitome of customer service. Corporate Offices should know about his service. I hope this makes its way there. I would be happy to contact them my self. Do you have an address?
